After an exhilarating day in the field, our chef, Jessica, will delight you with our South Dakotan cuisine.
Each day will begin with a hearty South Dakota breakfast consisting of homemade biscuits topped with sausage gravy; scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage; or eggs Benedict.
After your morning hunt you will enjoy a number of homemade lunch specialites to help fuel your afternoon hunt.
Evening dinner begins with cocktails. Your main course includes specialities such as Prairieland pheasant, baked in a vermouth sauce, served with Minnesota wild rice; South Dakota Prime beef steaks and prime rib all prepared to perfection. After dinner, if you have room, you will be tempted by desserts such as crème brûlée, panna cotta, and tiramisu and numerous cakes.
